Nicholas Booker

This is Mr. Booker’s second foray into the specific magic that is Lord Byng's Theatre Company (taking another break from his Byng Arts Media den). He's had a great time working with these talented young actors and tech crew and thanks all of them for their endless hard work and professionalism. A big THANK YOU to Darren Hales for his incredible technical chops...and patience throughout, including bringing our early dream of a massive stage revolve to life. Shout-out to Amy Hughes who still stops by occasionally to lend an ear (and host to our amazing Choreographer, Dawn Ewen). A HUGE thanks to Matt Thiessen for allowing me to accompany him once again on another spectacular odyssey of a show!.

Matthew Thiessen

This is Mr. Thiessen’s sixth foray into the magic that is Theatre Company. Though not a musical theatre aficionado, he does dapple with singing and choreo alongside his eight-year old daughter while blasting Youtube tunes. In 2018-2019, Matthew joined TheaCo and he and Hughes co-produced and directed their first show together: Moby Dick: The Musical. He is grateful to work alongside Nick Booker on Mamma Mia, and is especially grateful to his Theatre Widow and wife, Petra.

Thiessen has had a great time working with these talented actors and crew, and thanks them for their hard work and professionalism. A big THANK YOU to Darren Hales for…everything! And of course, to the actors and techs whose fantastic work on this show exceeded his expectations in quality and pizazz. You're all Super Troupers!
